Dragon Ball Z Season Four News

As I’ve learned from the official DBZ site, Season Four of Dragon Ball Z will make it’s release on Februrary 19 of ‘08.

It includes 32 episodes of the Trunks, Androids, and Garlic Jr Sagas.

Who is Master Roshi?

More Dragon Ball casting has just been announced!  Dispite mediocre casting on the Goku, Piccolo, Chi Chi and Bulma, a much bigger name as been announced for Master Roshi.  The actor assigned to play the dirty old man, will be martial artist, Chow Yun-Fat.

Acıların Çocuğu Chow Yun Fat

With the addition of this fella’, there just might be some hope for the DB movie.  Maybe.  We shall see, right?

Wow! Best…Blog…Ever!

I know the title is a little mis-leading…but dang.  I checked my stats for this blog, and I got 109 hits just yeterday!  Dang man.  I’m used to getting less than perhaps, twenty hits a day.  It seems to be all this Dragon Ball Z movie stuff.  I’ve been trying to keep up with the news of the movie, that’s all.  :)

And I think I will do a little shameless advertising, please go to www.prayerquake.net all you Christians.  It very well could interest you.  :)

DB Bulma Re-cast Info.

In today’s blog, the role of Bulma has truely been cast.  Before, I stated that Camilia Sodi was going to play the inventor, but that apparently was either a mistake or simply a rumor.  The actress that is taking on the role of Bulma in the Dragon Ball movie will be Emmy Rossum, who was in the new version of Posiden.

Dragon Ball Live Action Info Once Again

Alrighty folks, as you may or may not know, depending on if you’ve been reading my blog recently, I’ve been doing a shpeel on the Dragon Ball movie.  Speaking of which, to make note, I guess they’re not doing the Dragon Ball Z movie, they’re focusing on the original Dragon Ball first.  My bad for not noticing that earlier.  But I digress.

I’ve got more news so far on actors to be putting their efforts into this movie.  The next actor to obtain a roll is Jamie Chung as Chi Chi.

I’m assuming that this movie will take place late in the DB series, for all the actors are all adults.  Or…at least they will show these actors later on in the movie after they’ve dived a bit into the very VERY beginning while Goku was still a child.

Aside from the obvious high hopes of having this movie being GOOD, is the hopes that, assuming the quality of the movie is high, or at least decently good, is that there will be a sequel or more that dives into the actual DBZ territory.  And if that happens, I hope they do at least two, maybe three more dbz based sequels.  I’d love to see the movies go through at least the Freiza saga.  Maybe even the Cell Saga/Games depending on the popularity of the movies that come before them.

But I’ve also wanted to include a picture I found online tonight.  Here it is.  I think all you DBZ fans out there, or anyone who’s even halfway knowledgable about the story line, should recognize this.

I doubt either of these pictures are official in anyway, but I guess we’ll see what happens when we all recieve more DB/DBZ movie goodness.
